Sarah Moran Hopkins MS, LPC, SAC-IT, is a Licensed Psychotherapist and Substance Abuse counselor. She graduated from Mount Mary University and specializes in person-centered, cognitive behavioral, eclectic, interpersonal, solution-focused and trauma-focused treatment. Sarah has provided mental health treatment to a variety of clients for nearly four years. Areas of expertise include anxiety, coping skills, depression, gender identity, grief/loss, life transitions, school issues, self-esteem, trauma and PTSD.
At some point or another, everyone struggles with their mental health. Sarah wants to reduce mental health stigma by making therapy accessible and accepted. By offering a safe space to share stories and find support, Sarah would like to help clients achieve personal growth and empowerment. The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.
