Megan's areas of expertise include treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, stress management, self-soothing techniques, family issues, parenting concerns, substance abuse issues, adolescent issues, and severe and persistent mental illness. Megan believes people are naturally good and there are circumstances that can throw someone off track. She wholeheartedly believes the past is necessary to explore, because in order to know where you're going, you need to know where you've come from. Additionally, you can't "say goodbye" to something if you haven't said hello to it.
